Please check your order upon receipt.
- All frames can be returned, exchanged, or processed for a claim within 45 days of the invoice date.
- For exchanges and returns there is a 25% restocking fee.
- All mats, foamboard and plexiglass are non-returnable.
How to make a return
To return an item, include a copy of the original packing slip that was sent with the order. If not available, please include a personal letter with the exchange/return information.
Please make sure the box is securely wrapped and be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Frame Fit will not pay the shipping charges on returned items. We will make every effort to speed delivery all exchanges. Please allow a minimum of 3 weeks to process your request.
If your product is defective
- Frame Fit stands by the high quality of our products. All defective products may be returned for a replacement or refund.
- All defective products must be returned within 45 days of the invoice date.
- Please call ahead so we can expedite your replacements.
