General Information on Shipping
In order to make sure you receive your order in perfect condition, a lot of effort must go into custom packaging and shipping. Our shipping rates include cost of parcel, custom packaging materials and labor. See our shipping rate schedule below. Please note: foreign orders will not be processed on this website. To place an international order, please call 1.800.523.3693.
When can you expect delivery?
We guarantee most orders are shipped by the next business day. In the event of an unexpected delay, you will be notified promptly. If you do not receive your frame within a two weeks, please contact us or call us Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM E.S.T. at 1.800.523.3693. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and most major holidays. To check on your order, the operator will need the date of your order, your order number, the items ordered, the total amount and the form of payment.
Additional Shipping Charges
There is an additional shipping surcharge for all frames (except un-assembled frames ordered by themselves), matboards, foamboard, glass, and plexi-glass that exceed 45 united inches. (The highest single united inches value from your order will be used in the calculation.) Over 45 united inches an oversize fee applies. United inches are the sum of the horizontal and vertical measurements. Example: 16" x 20" = 36 united inches.
Over 45" to 54": $15.00 oversize item surcharge.
Over 54" to 60": $20.00 oversize item surcharge.
Over 60" to 70": $25.00 oversize item surcharge.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands are shipped USPS First Class mail. Please add 30% of merchandise total to the cost of shipping. There is a minimum shipping charge of $14.50.
Orders shipped to an APO/FPO address have a minimum shipping charge of $8.00.
Frame Fit Company reserves the right to change the selected shipping method on all orders.
